RESERVATIONS POLICY
Reservations can be made directly with the Hotel. The Richardson is a non smoking hotel. Suites with facilities for disabled persons and with wheelchair accessibility are available. The following terms and conditions apply: Rates: All rates quoted on our web site www.therichardson.com.au are inclusive of taxes, charges and surcharges and are subject to charge. Reservations: The Richardson Hotel & Spa will accept reservations only under the following conditions. Only persons over 18 years of age may make a booking on this website. The Richardson requires a Credit Card guarantee to secure a booking. Valid credit card details must be provided when completing the credit card form. All care must be taken to ensure that the information provided to the hotel is correct. An e-mail confirmation will be sent to you, when your reservation is confirmed. A valid e-mail address should be provided and care must be taken to ensure that the information provided in the Reservation Form is correct. The Richardson Hotel & Spa reserve the right to reject any booking or if at any time the information provided fails to meet these terms and conditions. Payment: On arrival at the hotel, guests must present a personal Photo Identification and a current valid credit card for payment. The Richardson welcomes the following Credit Cards – Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club and JCB. Opus Restaurant & Spa: We strongly recommend that reservations be made at the time of booking your hotel accomodation. Cancellation: The Richardson will accept cancellations up to 48 hours prior to the reserved date of arrival. For cancellations after this time or failing to arrive on the reserved date a charge equivalent to the rate for one night accommodation will be levied. Dress Requirements Opus Restaurant has a specific Dress Code from 5.30pm daily - the minimum dress required is Smart Casual. Dress not allowed at any time are: singlets or sleeveless tops for men, shorts or ¾ pants, no sports wear, thongs or men’s sandals, work boots or sneakers, jeans with holes or cuts. Management reserves the right of admission. |
