Payment: 
On arrival at the hotel, guests must present a personal Photo Identification and a current valid credit card for payment.
Bookings via The Richardson Hotel website will be pre-paid at time of booking.
The Richardson welcomes the following Credit Cards – Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club and JCB.

Opus Restaurant & Spa:
We strongly recommend that reservations be made at the time of booking your hotel accomodation.

Cancellation:
The Richardson will accept cancellations up to 48 hours prior to the reserved date of arrival.
For cancellations after this time or failing to arrive on the reserved date a charge equivalent to the rate for one night accommodation will be levied.

Dress Requirements
Opus Restaurant has a specific Dress Code from 5.30pm daily - the minimum dress required is Smart Casual.
Dress not allowed at any time are: singlets or sleeveless tops for men, shorts or ¾ pants,
no sports wear, thongs or men’s sandals, work boots or sneakers, jeans with holes or cuts.
Management reserves the right of admission.

Corporate Rates
For organisations planning to use the hotel on an ongoing basis, corporate rates can be negotiated.

No Smoking Policy
Hotel Guests and Patrons please note smoking is not permitted in any indoor area at The Richardson, including guest rooms and suites.
Should a guest disregard the No Smoking Policy a fee of $300.00 will be imposed to meet the cost of cleaning and sanitation
to restore the accommodation to its original condition.
We ask that guests who smoke refer to the Concierge for information on places where smoking is permitted.

Management reserves the right of Admission
The Richardson caters to the majority of its guests, who wish to enjoy their stay with out disturbance.
Therefore, only Registered Guests may use the hotel facilities.  Gatherings and parties are not allowed in Hotel Rooms and Suites. 
The Richardson does have specific facilities for meetings, gatherings and parties which can be reserved through the Sales Office.
